Newly built and set in the secluded, mature woodland of Kenwick Park Estate, Kenwick Lodges are luxurious in appearance. We were tasked with the design and print of a brochure aimed at promoting the sale of the lodges. Having designed, digital and printed items for Kenwick’s other assets we new their style inside and out. But for this brochure we stripped back the layout, gave it a generous border and used simple colour pallet. This lets the large images and concise information layout speak for itself. Using the mature woodland as inspiration we created a stylised geometric pattern for the cover, giving it a tactile tree canopy feel.
