We were approached by Caron from CFH training to help with her branding. She wanted the logo to have a stoic quality and an air of wisdom to represent the business’ aims, objectives and values. In answer to this we employed a stripped down illustration of an owl. Which throughout history have been depicted as being wise and stoutly resolute and represented the business’ core values very well alongside text set in two different weights of Avenir. We felt this the perfect fit as it’s a strong, sensible san-serif for titles and has a gentle more legible side for body text. Using a clean colour palette of Pantone 326C and 80% Black we achieved a coherent look of stability across all printed media.
